i  could not find any supporters so i'm going to stop the german anim8or page. i don't have enough time to make it that good as i want it to be
anybody who wants to get the domain

i am trying to twist a text in anim8or but i cant find a way to do that.
when i bind a modifier to that text, the text vanishes. i tried severel ways... converting texts to meshes, filling the text, extrude the text...

i think it is because object groups cant be bount to a modifier. am i right with this? when using modifiers to only one point, it works.
but how can i get an effect like the one in the beginning of that video: http://de.
(text turning around the globe)



i'm going to translate the anim8or manual into german. i've done a view pages but it seems to be a huge project so i wanted to ask if somebody wants to help :)

wer deutsch spricht, melde sich bitte :)

by the way: im also going to start a german website about anim8or that is - thanks for permission :) -

i am trying to animate a teacher :)
i made his body as an objekt with head, arms and legs and made him look quite funny using different morph targets.
now i gave him bones and saved it as a figure.

in sequence or (better) scene mode i wanted to make him move and speak. but i realised that i can only use morph targets on objects instead of figures. so he can either move or change his face expression.

so my question is, how i can make the teacher who can change his face expressions AND use his sceletton.

sorry about my bad english skills :)

EDIT: i just got the idea, that it is better to use either morphing OR boning... okay, so actually it would be easier to morph the whole charakter. isnt it?
