Im fairly obsessed with automobile design and have slowly been improving my ability to create models likes this one...  I have a hard time with texturing, I haven't the slightest idea how to properly simulate glossy paint and I would like to gather advice on how to do so with anim8or... so any advice is welcome  ;D

here are some early renders

So I decided to re-visit my enthusiasm for car design, and created a new model based off the older one.....
I have taken a better grasp of design concept and technique with using anim8or. I think the result is a much better model!! let me know what you guys think..  I plan on making many more design alterations..
so happy to have anim8or to make my drawings come to life!! ;D
**question** is there a way to create a realistic car paint texture using ONLY anim8or's texturing ability??

no flux capacitor sorry..... but this shows the car better..

more perfecting  8) !

btw, even I am working on a similar heavily armoured character, but he is not going to be a hero, but a weird zombie.
-I'd love to see it!
its lookin really good. the onlything ic is that it might b hard to rig. other than that i think its vgoing great. gl
-ive made another spacemarine once before, and rigging was nearly impossible (atleast on this computer- too slow)  so I think i will just use it for still shots until someday i have more POWER! ready to be rigged tho lol...

well, after a LONG time of not messing with anim8or, I've decided to pick it back up with my inspiration re-kindled!!
My main modeling concept has always been warhammer 40k (obsessed with it) so I've taken up making a high-detailed model of a space marine elite unit...
he will be a bad ass...

ill also attach a model of a tank i made sevral several several months ago since it pertains to the theme  ;D
