I''ve met people that even with good references can't pull it of. It needs skills. But I'm sure you can draw also. So, if you'll post yours, I will post mine :)

Drawing skill is very important in some cases, most for character or environment design. It was very helpfull and profitable for me.

Pretty good. I love when people keep in mind the anatomy of characters. This way, the model is improved a lot. Judging from the models, I guess you also drawing. Someone sayd a long time ago, if you make 3d animation, you should be able to do 2d animation first. And I'm pretty sure that you do. Am I wrong ? :)

Yes, when I had the image updated on efectespeciale, the model wasn't finished yet. Only time this car were being made public were in a promo. As you see, is the same model, but a different render. I was gonna finish it, with environment and all.
The render posted here I made today, and yes, it took about 15 minutes to render.
