Hi Steve using ART renderer , AntiAliasing 16 samples regular, Movie ,jpg @90 750 x 450 all frames Xvid codec...Crash. :(

Will not work in any other mode apart from OpenGL which renders out all the frames.

Scanline and ART movie modes crash Anim8or V.1.0 Beta 1 & 2 after the first frame render. OpenGL though, works perfectly for the 71 frames that I tested.

Trying to Find a reason for it not playing ball in Beta 2 .... Select Faces Click on The Texture to be applied .... usually I get a requester up then the Scale tool with Planar ,Tube, or Spherical application ----- Not with this UV tool!!!

 Icon just switches its self off, and leaves an Unscaled texture annoyingly, so switching back to V1.0 Beta 1 which does work.

Just as a side note, I keep getting random Glitches for no apparent reason, Faces and edges just appear,  then if I do an undo they go away.

Just started applying materials to one of my models using V1.0Beta2  But cannot get it to work, however  V1.0 Beta 1 Does. Bug?? ;)

This is my final, I wanted to show the diversity of Anim8or's  modelling rather than going for some theme/genre. The background is Anim8or's modelling screen with a model in progress, and the floor has a reflection attribute added.

Click the root bone get started then the bone you wish to manipulate, the active bone displays a cube to start

I use a Viglen 10.1" Windows 10 tablet, with a wireless mouse and bluetooth keyboard, works nicely, though it does take time sometimes to respond with large models! Using the touch screen can be infuriating.

Other Things Have kept me away from Anim8or But here is a new WIP Cllass 58 Diesel Loco

Bones and Therefore animated characters cannot be exported in 3ds or any other format for that matter, you are stuck with the .an8 format I`m afraid!

Go into point mode, Have points selected, Click a Point in the letter then hit c key (This selects all the points in the letter)then you can lift it with the up arrow key. (TBH, you really should do some modelling instead of grabbing ready made models, then you might learn something!)

The Lettering is only fragmented as it has sunken into the hull. You need to pull each letter out then it will be all right The logos etc are all objects and not part of the textures. The S N and O in USS Equinox I have not pulled out in the screenshot, where there are red flashes theses would need to be pulled out also
