Anim8or v0.98 Discussion Forum / Moving selections closer to a center

ok, i have needed this feature for anim8or for a really long time..

If it was possible to select multiple groups of Points or lines, and then like.. right click to set a point and move all of them against it.

because if you do this with the scale tool, every group will get smaller as well.

sorry for crappy english, but hope you understand what i mean.

Ok, this might look like a 5 minute doodle, but it actually took some time :P

I just got a image of this guy in my head, and I felt like I just had to make him :)

He has no name so far..

I'm guessing that you are making robot sonic?

then first of all, the ears are way to big, and second, what is with the bolts on each side of the mouth?

the metal parts at the back, (vents of some sort?)

shouldn't be so "bumpy" they look like they have been hit repeatedly with a crowbar or something :P

That's a incredibly nice model! you should try rendering it with a better renderer, The results will probably be extremely realistic!

Keep up the good work! looking forward to seeing the finished product!

Grrr... I was just trying that but Anim8or crashed half way through the render. It did look better, though.
Crashed? on such a small renderer :S what are your computer specs?

well, as long as the camera is standing still, that is possible, render with a green or blue background, film yourself, or an area. then download or buy a greenscreen or bluescreen software :)

export files to obj. get blender and the blendigo script. then open file in blender, set up the scene correctly, open blendigo and render in indigo :) that's the way I do it.

i really like it! you should add more.. uhm.. those coloured leaves around the scenter of the flower, 3 is a bit to few for a realistic flower.

Hi! You have a nice start here!

you should definetly give the car some more shape by getting a blueprint or somthing in top view, and make it a bit less, uhm.. how do you say.. Boxy :P

anyways, good potential. How long have you been using anim8or?
