Hey all

Let me know if I did not make myself clear.  I want to take a 2D character (JPG) bring into into Anim8or (thats what I forgot how to do) and make the 2D character a 3D model

Forgive my lack of the lingo knowledge.  I want to bring in a picture (that I made with Anim8or!) and re-spline on it.  There are some changes I want to make, of course.  I think I saved a biederman tutorial but the link appears dead.  I could also have imagined it ;-)  Help?

Hi all

I made a pic of how I interpreted the Advanced light settings.  The cent would be the Inner with 100% light.  The farthest edge would be the outter edge at 1% and then after the edge 0%  Is that relatively accurate?

I wish I had the time to create something for this. Well done guys.

Hi Ian

Me too, man.   Me too.  But, these great artists have the same 24 hour day as you and I.  ;-)

Kevin, I will take a Gyro with everything, fries and a Large Dr. Pepper.  I wish I could offer advice to aspiring 3D artists, but they are all better than me.  I also wish I had more time to dedicate to learning but alas I do not

I think it's a good idea. He also has it (I believe) so that you must have at least 5 posts on the forum in order to download the free Carrara program.

I would have just downloaded it and left, but since I needed to post several times, I decided to stay for awhile. Now I have the forum bookmarked.

I mean, it's true, if he's going to all the trouble to make these tutorials and a great forum, he wants someone to look at the rest of it!

where's the damn "Like" button?!  I can get Carrera?  I got to get over to kreator's site more!!!

Hi All

Anybody have a method for simulating heat; i.e.   jet idling down a runway with the heat blurring but following the jet?

Cheers!
