The model is looking great, the proportions are maybe a bit of. The legs look to big according to the rest of the body.
But still it's great that you are modeling the masterchief yourself! (I downloaded the model from turbosquid for my halo movies  Embarrassed made the elite myself;D)

Here are some textures of the masterchief from halo CE...maybe they come in hand Wink

Thought I'd post a quick little update on how the new helmets going.
Floyd, thanks for the textures, I should be able to use them as some good reference.

Alright well, I finished the new helmet and I'm starting to redo the arms. Posted a couple progress renders below, and a quick test render just using regular anim8or material, no UV mapping whatsoever (colour scheme is based off the machinema Red Vs Blue by RoosterTeeth)

I thought halo was a war game, but these look pretty 'armless. XP. Couldn't resist it. Other than that, awesome.

Texture news! I've finished my first attempt at texturing, somewhat happy with it but i think I'm going to try to produce something that looks a little cleaner, and a little more like the game.
And I also wanted to thank everyone for their comments! I'm still a long way off from the finished product but I hope you'll all enjoy it when its done.

That looks better than ever, but the texturing does need some work, as you said. Wink

Keep it up! Cheesy
