PROGRESS:
We have a complete second draft of the script which is in the process of being rewritten and cleaned up.

We have almost complete scenery for the Dark Tower Scene, and the beginnings of scenery for the forest scene.

We have a lot of scattered models destined to be detail in future scenes.

We have two musicians and music for the Dark Tower Scene.

We have at least 6 potential voice actors, some of whom are recording lines already tho the script isn't quite done.

We have at least 12? modelers and anim8ors.

We have an editor.

We have some more meshes.

We have a Yahoogroup and a website and a forum on that website.

We have decided to work on completing the Dark Tower Scene first to make sure we can have what it takes to make a movie.

Any help is appreciated, whatever your talent level. Please don't think that this project is beneath you or above you, we have jobs for everyone. Come on in, the water's fine!

EDIT: I should add, that I can do good impersonation voices, incase the butler or something is taken!!! I haven't FULLY read the script, but i get the jist of it!!! lol

This post is important to read so read on.....

The old website that was created for the Anim8or Movie project has been closed and a new one has been constructed.

So you are probably woundering why...On the old Website we did not have access to any of the functions to control the Website and keep it organised for the project.

The new Website ( http://anim8ormovie.14.forumer.com/ ) will allways be there.So registering will be a one time thing.

The New Website:

The new Website is split into departments. Each department has a Supervisor for that Department and that Supervisor is responsible for running that department. So it keeps things easy and simple.

So what does that mean for the Anim8or Community and the Anmi8or Movie project.

It means once you go to the new Website and register it's just a matter of clicking on the department you want to help in and then read the 'Sticky topic'. The sticky topic will explan everything you need to know on how to join that department and what Department supervisor to talk to. At that point the Supervisor will contact you and let you know what to work on for the Movie....

These are the advantages of joining the Movie project.

If you are just starting out useing Anim8or this is the perfect opportunity for you to learn the ropes in the shortest amount of time. You will be working with people who know what they are doing and will help you when you need it. You will be part of a community effort to create a movie useing Anim8or. As the movie grows so will your experience/skill level in 3D.

And for those who know how to use Anim8or this is the perfect opportunity to show off your experience/skills and to help those who want to learn. And to be part of a communtiy Movie project.

So to recap this whole thing.
No matter what your skill level is. Even if you just down loaded anim8or 2 minutes ago you are welcome to join in and work on the Anim8or Community Movie...Everyone has a place and a job they could do for the Movie...
