Moving selections closer to a center

ok, i have needed this feature for anim8or for a really long time..

If it was possible to select multiple groups of Points or lines, and then like.. right click to set a point and move all of them against it.

because if you do this with the scale tool, every group will get smaller as well.

sorry for crappy english, but hope you understand what i mean.

to move the center of rotation or whatever go into mode and move it with the drag tool. i'm not sure if that will do what you want though.
