Export alpha channels

Is there any way for Anim8or to render an image with an alpha channel, and save it to either a separate BMP or a 32-bit PNG?

If this is not possible, can this be implemented in the next version?

an8freaky:
you could select alpha and color channel on the render menu. The alpha image will have a 'a' behind the filename.
