My Ship-So Far
Raxx:
Can't see anything here...
By the way, I deleted your posts. However, when using public computers, please log off and do not save the passwords/login data when you leave the computer, thanks!
Tanzim:
to make the windows more realistic theres 2 approaches i use, but there are more
1. add a environment map to the windows, and so it doesn't seem odd, you might want to add planets and space rocks around as well
2. make the windows semi transparent (~.30 trans should do) and add stuff inside the ship so it can be seen through the windows, this should make it seem like it's a window and not a light
ps: i got the materials from this anim8or site (forgot it's name though), don't thank me thank the guy that made it once i remember his/her name ;)
thecolclough:
i'd go with tanzim's Option #2 for making the windows look better. whichever option you take, one of your first priorities should be to make the windows less bright, as they currently really do look too much like floodlights 8)
and i'd like to hazard a guess as to which end is the front - i think it's the one at the right-hand side of the piccy. right or wrong?

spicy:
Yes "thecolclough" the right side is the front. The lft hand side is where the engines are
