i hope your going to make an animation with this. otherwise you wont be able to see nearly half the stuff youve done for it. all ull see is the outer casing and thats no fun at all.

good idea. but  on the model, you can remove the cap and see th inside.

You might want to give the metal part a bit of thickness though. To do this  you might want to model it without subdivision; so modeling the rounded edges can be done with beveling/adjusting, then you can thicken the whole metal part with the shell tool. It will render better that way as well & use less polies. (since its a square shape it doesnt have to be subdivided)

Good luck with the circuit board! looks hard :D

edit: just a note, on the see-through plastic part, half the faces are flipped!

Thanks, $imon. I think I fixed the flipped faces. I also shelled the metal part, don't know if it would've been better as just a mesh.
