Dalmatian model - help pls!!!

Hi,
I'm a newbie and I confess that my models aren't that good, but still, I think this dog is my best one.

OK, the texture's really bad, but the primary concern now is the eyelids.

I can't get them right no matter how hard I try!!!

Any advice is much appreciated.

And some help in the texture section will be useful too. :D
