Version 0.98 not working for me
Raxx:
Mine works with & without compatibility mode. Win 7 64-bit ultimate
Raxx:
I ran Dependency Walker on mine, and it came up with a few errors. Perhaps if johnar and vekenti run it on the latest versions, it'll help pinpoint the issue.
Steve:
This information is helpful but I still haven't found a smoking gun. I working on some diagnostics to add to Anim8or to make this problem easier to figure out.
Raxx: can you add which which versions you've tried work? Or do they all work?
Everything works on my computer in XP compatibility mode and normally. It's running Windows 7 64-bit build 7601 [Service Pack 1].
On a related note, here's an interesting free tool that give a ton of information about your computer and it's graphics capabilities.

Raxx:
Ah, sorry. Latest version, build 1124. 1106, 1107, and the official .98 release all work for me as well.
johnar:
I ran depedancy walker and have attached the resulting .dwi files. One for build 1103, (working) and one for build 1112.(not working).
Thanks for the link Raxx.

I ran The GPU caps viewer. Can see no way of actually passing on the results from this, but did notice i'm running windows7 with no service packs.
Please let me know if there's anything else i can do to help.It seems that there might be only a couple of us with this problem. If so, i sure hope its not just some system problem at this end, and
Anim8or itself is actually all behaving properly.
I know you've got plenty other Anim8or things that you're just itching to get in to, , and wouldn't want you wasting time on something that is essentially our own simple fault at this end.
I do have 'nView Desktop Manager' running, but have tried various settings and also disabled. Still no joy from any Build later than 1103.
