Rotation increments

Can one change the divisions?  Maybe that is the wrong term.  But it seems I can rotate a object by 0.2 degrees.  Can I make it .1 increments.  I have a cylinder with 8 sides and need to rotate 22.5 degrees.  But I can only rotate 22.4 or 22.6.

Go to Edit->Rotate->Rotate Custom
