View hotkeys bug

I'm not sure if this has been happening for a while but I just moticed that in v0.97 when in object mode, if you have the text button selected you cannot use view mode hotkeys on numpad

i don't think you can use any hotkeys when you've got the text tool selected, because the program thinks you're trying to type characters into the text element.  i'm using 0.95c, btw, it's not just an 0.97 thing.

When using the Text tool hot keys aren't available becuse key strokes go to the Text object.  (Otherwise you couldn't change them :)
