No Middle Mouse button - How do I *scale* a UV texture?

Without a middle mouse, or middle mouse emulation, how do I scale a UV texture with the UV tool? Thanks in advance!

Steve:
Currently there isn't any way to do this. Let me see if I can think of a way to add it (like Ctrl+LMB ?)
