Ultimate Anim8or Tutorial Series
« on: September 06, 2025, 07:01:12 pm »

First vid of many more tutorials to come. I want more people to see some more YouTube Anim8or content. Although I use Blender for most things nowadays, Anim8or is still what I would recommend for a casual 3d artist who is just beginning. I plan to use this topic to post my tutorial series going forward. (If this is not the place to post this, then I apologize in advance, just want to make some modern tutorials here)

Twist Modifier to create screws, ropes, braided shapes, etc.

Wanted to thank you for the tutorial. Modifiers have confused me for quite a while now. Appreciate it!

Seems like I was able to figure out lathes long ago, back when I was playing with the sPatch program. But I did appreciate that modifier tutorial, as previously stated. Any clue as to why the forum seems to be so silent now? I pop in from time to time, with long absences between those pop ins, but usually there seems to be some level of chatter going on. I'm guessing Steve is in Italy, something it appears he does yearly? I hope something hasn't happened to him! He's made a wonderful program. Last time I tried Blender, the tutorial showed nothing but attaching lines between boxes, and they weren't modeling anything, yet. Connecting various nodes, I guess?
