i don't care :) if you have any other questions, feel free to ask. anwyway, i'm starting to get to a very detailed part, so i might not reply for a while.
EDIT: if you were thinking i am making this because i am bored, you are wrong, i was inspired to make this model because of this video ;)
thehalflifedude:
!!update!! added a s#$load of stuff to teh bismark (well, not really, but i've added a little) and the captains bridge or whatever was too hard so i put this up instead: i am not focusing on detail, i'm focusing on getting teh bismark done, so all i have to add are the other small turrets and i'm ready for the big challange: texturing it. !!update!!
RudySchneider:
Just a couple of corrections, guys:
1.
--- Quote from: spicy on May 03, 2008, 04:56:12 pm ---I don't think it's video card, anim8or's graphics come from the CPU not the video cards...
--- End quote ---
Not exactly. Anim8or doesn't use the GPU for rendering an actual JPEG or BMP image. However, it DOES rely on Open GL graphics for how it presents images on the screen during modeling and in the scene window.
2. If you're going to be correct, thehalflifedude, the proper spelling for this infamous German battle, ship, it's Bismarck, with a "c." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_battleship_Bismarck
