Nice little animation there!  I like the monster model, and so far the animation looks pretty good though there isn't much so far.  My main crit right now would be to texture the lift that's bringing him down.  Other than that, It'd be nice to have some kind of 'thud' sound when the lift hits the ground.

Yeah, i was wondering what it was from lol. Peter boyle is the best ! (guy who does young frankenstein, also the father from everbody loves raymond)

I am sorry but after this last term on Frankenstein at school, to see someone make it out that he is green and with bolts just sends shudders down my spine.

Bad points are that you made the character something that he really isnt
Good points are that the dungeon does look quite good
Improvements would be to have that wheel spinning and perhaps tile the texture a bit more. Sparks n Splatter would be good too.
