Title: Something is wrong with normal map

I rendered scene, but when I opened avi file, I saw normal map glitch, here is gif from the preview
I checked AA setup, rigging, everything is okay, but normal map still "moves"

Update #2: Bump moves too :o

The gif moves too fast for me to see it very well. Can you post stills of the two frames?
