yEs and nO! ... they don't do that for any and every page available on-line, also they don't capture every update made to a web pages and they don't host file other then of common usual web file extension (they keep mostly html, css, js file that are related to a web page; you may try other like zip, exe but will be a matter of luck)

this option, actually close to bump but instead raising and spreading selected face group (connected) border toward face average normal distribution (in and out) it inset selected face group(connected), bump tool is useful and i use it to do like this ... i was implementing one in script but long time passed and you made lots of changes, so asking here instead :)
* can you please provide me a list of what changes you made to ASL after version 0.98 esp. if any of this get changed http://www.anim8or.com/smf/index.php/topic,4634.msg33287.html please write there other will also learn ...

ASL Scripts / Re: Undo support for scripts
« on: May 27, 2018, 01:00:24 pm »
somebody mentioned me at least! ... well! thank you,
'how it is working?' - general explanation is: script that simply translate vertex (many of my script do) but do not delete or create new vertex (to alter exiting or for new edge or face) are undoable like where i mentioned (or what i observed)! :)

Hello, just to let you know many among my tool set get replaced by recent Anim8or update from Steve, so use with care, scripted tool don't have any undo support (as far i know)!

Thank you Steve,

my point is same PC motherboard with same OS and other software installation but one time having driver that come with motherboard another time that i get from Intel driver update but Intel driver is working but not that of manufacturer update, strange!

also in my own celeron based PC WinXP show S3 graphics opengl driver / support with no quad viewport, but when i run it in Windows Server 2003 with GDI and bundled OpenGL driver / support it give full support even hardware render become useable!

note: allow us to log init / crash data so we can send you to help you more ...

hello Steve,

i was unable to use Anim8or in my company PC (where i am working now mostly), having intel G41 chip, Windows7 64bit and built-in graphics. i was sad and stopped trying it after many failure (though 3D Max 2012 work very well in it)!

but recently i get graphics driver update from intel (directly from intel not of motherboard manufacturer!) and it is working like before! (my usual PC is of celeron with winxp/ winxp live/ windows server 2003! and it work well there)

do you use 'Silicon Graphics' spec of OpenGL or of major vendor (like S3) or that of intel? can't you make it more supported esp. to that of major vendor?

you call it 'dissolve and collapse' and i (or other some time) call them 'remove and merge/ close'. try this way :)

'ronaldefarmer' having knowledge of computer programing language (like esp. c) can help but having knowledge of how 3D system work or computerized 3D technology function and / or about OpenGL can help more. so either try both or you will end up doing nothing worthy.
we can do it as we know both but learning only c may not give you much more, sorry to say :(

Hello Raxx,
why don't you add my modeling tool set here or atleast mention it here, though some of them get replaced by new function of anim8or and i am happy with that but what about other?

well, look like you people forget about me! ... ok! ...

that is 'easy to do but can cause problem' kind of task as Steve mentioned above - due to inside-tech of 3D geometry or in other word tri/ quad formation cause overlapping face or blank face (if i am correct) and they apear incorrectly in render or viewport!

you may also give a try to some of my modeling tool script esp. rewind poliGon (can help to fix above mentioned error), Close-Edge, concave fix, Merge Helper etc. those tool can help doing it and i also added some texture support to them.

to Steve: kindly add undo support and suddent crash after running script. i am not sure but there is some kind of memory leak happening some time with running script over complex model!

to Raxx: can you please try my tool set again to see if ok (i tested but don't how they work with others)

... thank you all
