Doh! Of course. I should have thought of that! I'll add it to the next build.
Lol, it's always the simplest things that go over our little programing heads, isn't it?
yes. I just love it how a period instead of a comma or using >> instead of << causes a big explosion of errors that takes an hour to find.
and let's not forget the old Missing Semicolon errors!  those were always my favourite :P
I didn't know you could nest quotes this deep!
let's see how far it can go

I think it needs an option in figure mode to set how an object is mirrored when added to a scene. the automatic mirroring causes some frustrating problems.

You're probably right

Why thanks!

As far as light wave goes, there were a few things I liked better about some of the tools. The animation, however, was frustrating. There was no way to save individual animations or poses which is really frustrating when you're trying to animate 3 of the same object

The smoke and explosions are particles. We used light wave for the animation because that's what the college class was taught in.  I think anim8or is a lot easier, though.

you can still accidentally delete geometry in hidden and locked layers.

I can lock the layer and anim8or will still select and delete points from objects in the locked layer

i thought anim8or stores rotations relative to the parent.

I've been having similar problems with half-life SMD format. I've tried a bunch of stuff, but no luck either

Action center for rotation. User should be given choice to rotate points around the origin, the mouse cursor, or the center of the current selection
