It can play up a bit, try using just the front button, and turn off the back button.

Getting familiar yet?

Export from anim8or as OBJ, load Into Lithunwrap. UV then save over the model as OBJ again. Save the UV map. Load UV map into Photoshop? Colour it. Save it again. Import OBJ into Anim8or. Get the texture panel up. Click on New. Click on Diffuse. Find your texture with the browser. Load it, select it, click OK. Click Apply. Now you can export as 3DS, or just save the Anim8or file.

I'd better do some more on it..lol!

I thought it would be fun to let you see my model (Others can post their models for the guessing game if they like) at an early stage.

This started as a hexagon, and I sort of pulled it around a bit, and then cut shapes into it, because this edge looping alternative looks like it would confuse me.

Although you can guess who it might be, I will not tell you till it is closer to completion....

Thanks! Luckily I figured it out, and got a bouncing, flattening ball. I am pleased with this compo for teaching me something new.

I am trying out the Morph thing. I made a round ball. I made a new morph target and flattened the ball. then I put morph targets none. Then I went to scene editor, and added the ball, and it was round. then I looked for the flat version, but couldn't find it anywhere. So how do I go from round to flat?

I read the manual, and a few threads, but nothing mentioned what to do in the scene editor.

EDIT: OK I found out how to make a bouncing, flattening ball. It's very easy. Now I can make my face animation.

To be honest, Blender is not a good example of improving the Anim8or GUI. I really hate the Blender GUI.

Looks hard. I've never done morphing before, don't know what edge looping is. I'll see what I can do with bones, and a couple of hexagons.

I think he means how do you connect one object to another object by their points.

Use Join solids, and then the selected points can be merged in EDIT / Merge points.

If you are trying to extrude multiple faces, you use the other extrude button, next to the one that you used. If you are trying to extrude just 1 face then you have made a mistake by picking all of the faces, and forgetting to click on a single face.
