1- turn on and off backface culling for wieght paints.
2-being able to mirror a subdivision.
3-being able to animate turning off a light.

this is it i can think of other than other stuff mentioned.

i don't run mac

i found on animanon a link to bryce 5.0 and i signed up as a member(free) and got an activation code.

its a realy good program. not quite anim8or in its ease of use. anyway i have an xp pro and it took about five minutes to download.

funky idea. very nicely done

however you could add more detail to the umbrellas and add more into the background. perhaps you could use a "plane" with umbrellas on it in the background.

very wierd idea but still cool

if you want a really good program get bryce version 5 is free.

it has a full tree generator and many textures. they can all be exproted to 3ds or obj your pick

cool i really like the starcraft series. the model looks pretty good a little out of proportion, and the closed hand looks a little funny but otherwise it looks like a great model. could you post a wirefram

sorry for the double post but i finished my lightining technique.

but first i must thank Ensoniq5 for his inspiring idea and method of facial expression changes in his "assparations of altitiude" - eraser man.

basically you make a "gif" by having different planes go on and off so fast that it fakes movement. try it out with these four lightning transmaps

i was just wondering why you can't select more than one frame at a time in anim8or .97d. it was a really useful funtion
