Alright... this may turn into my anim8or challenge subject, still unsure... was experimenting while working on Popeye... so, am posting him here, too... because either way, I do have some ideas for him...

This is a render of a rough version... but, can you name this unfinished character?

He's obviously missing a lot thus far, but the guy just cracks me up whenever I see him in action!

I would also like to point out that this competition is very good in terms of helping others understand and grasp how users use anim8or, by visually interpreting the process(s).

P.S. Arik I lol'd hard at the music in the second video ;p

Thanks, Dude... yeah, that song was a hoot! Discovered it a few days back, and it was actually my reason for thinking "Popeye".... as well as the fact that I like to smoke my pipe!

Yes, that's me, so let me smoke my pipe!

As I just got inspiration for yet another brainfart, I'll bite. Though, I am a slow, plug-along builder much of the time... Does everyone REALLY want to see me take hours staring at a blank screen before producing something as phenomenal as a cube?

Seriously (EDIT) here we go... a preview of what I intend to make...

kewl! would be fun to have the camera as if in the driver seat, looking across the "bonnet", eh?

Here, I am making her with moving eyelids and pupil... making the eye move is tricky when it isn't a sphere. Also, didn't like the mouth, so thinking about how to make it right...

But, I did get the bow in hair (not visible from this angle) and on her back ... and other little detail things.

Airedale, how is yours coming? I hope you're still working it!

This has been a fun little work... Airedale, thanks for putting up with my trying this model, too. Got a bit more work in, but still needs ears, hands, bow and a few other little details... Am not sure I am happy with the hair and eyes, either.
