Anim8or Community

Hi

I have dedicated a lot of time to anim8or.  Its fun and so far I like my results. 

Any way I am playing with the light that I added.  When I look in the Scene and play with the light,  I notice it acts the the opposite I expect.  I am in the top view.  When I rotate the light to the left, I notice the light cast on my object moves to the the right?  Am I missing something?

I am now working on the simple walk tutorial.  My focus now is on the eye.  I created the eyeball.  When I create the eyelid (half sphere) and rotate it and apply the material, my hidden eyeball gets rotated and colored as well?  What am I doing wrong?

I am following the tutorial for modeling the hand.  I do this: Close the dialog and convert the Cube to a Mesh with the Build->ConverToMesh menu command.  And it still looks like a grey box.  Help?
