I can't understand you completly.Do you mean exporting several objects(branches) and then putting them into one?And don't worry about the collision - it is fully 2D and the models have nothing related to it.

Okay, it was long time since from my last post here.I'm making a 3D RPG game and I'm doing very well. Now I want to make some trees, but I stuck at the branches. What I want to ask is is there any good method, tutorial or some way for quiclky making all branches at once, or I should make them separate?I don't need hyper-extra-ultra-maximum quality, but it needs to look realistic.

When I try to give my object a texture, it is aplied only on the non-extruded part, but on the extruded part is aplied a simple color. Is there anyway texture to be aplied on the extruded part?

Textures are not saved when you export your model to an .obj, but i belief the UV-map is (.mtl?)(please correct me if i'm wrong).

I belief .obj does.
Im so confused.Originaly you said tehyre not saved when I export them, now you claim the opposite. This doesnt make much sense for me.

I've tried to give a texture to the model, from materials->textures, but I recieved only mess. How I can create .bmp texture files witch fit perfrectly to my model? How to import them in an8 file? Are they saved when I export the model into obj file?Should I use UV maping, what is this and what it means?
