Hi Steve. It's custom view ("user 1"), I use the Arc Rotate tool.
I think that bug 1 is a bit different from that topic, the other one is about the camera shadow in ART renderer, this one is about the rendering of the cameras and lights in scanline. But I'm not totally sure :/
What about bug 2?

Hi. I found 2 bugs:
1)This bug was fixed for ART, but I now see this:

The camera and the light shouldn't be there. Rendered using Scanline.
2)ART shows me this (in the same scene, different angle):

There is an extra line at the bottom with the background color.

Guys this is not a chatroom

chil chil ....

anway my msn is  "abesovs@hotmail.com" if you want it, but i proberly wont be online for the next week, or so.
but why even use msn when we got the forums? :P

Because when we post many things in a forum, then the bandwidth has to be increased, and ultimately, the admin (Steve) has to pay for the extra bandwidth.
Sorry for just breaking the rule... XD )

if you did it the right way, then you could try cutting near the edges and then subdividing (in anim8or). That will make it to look more realistic [nothing in the real world has sharp edges actually :) ]

I haven't tried it, but you could make a transparent sphere around your object, and give its material that "glossyreflector" class that the new ART raytracer supports. Check this: http://www.anim8or.com/download/preview/art_raytracer.html

you have to find a converter (maybe the "hammer" for cs has got one included)
Then export an .obj model from anim8or, convert it to .mdl with the converter and then you may open hammer to use it in your stage.
If hammer does not convert file types, ... Google is your friend! Search ".obj to .mdl converter", and good luck...

General Anim8or Forum / vessels... or sandwiches?

Hi, I was trying to make an ancient Corinthean bireme, but I managed to create something between a sandwich and a bucket.
Does anyone know a good tutorial for making vessels (ships) ? Thanks for any help.

I hope that someone has got an astronaut model, since I'm not good at anim8ing organic things.
