Not to shabby. The hand looks a bit fat, but it's pretty hard to see because it's so small.

How exactly did you model the head? If you want to try to make a more realistic head, I would recommend using the edge-loop technique. Two great video tutorials can be found here:

Yes, the images are very small.  It's hard to crit the images at such a small size.  Could you perhaps make bigger renders, such as 400*300 or 800*600?
