Spyro the Dragon
« on: October 21, 2008, 03:57:00 pm »

I've always loved the Spyro games from the PS1 days and I've managed to do these headshots of Spyro a few weeks ago, using some of the new techniques I learned in the Sword tutorial (I've made my own sword too, I'll post that sometime later)

This is my Spyro headshot before it was rendered

And this is it after it was rendered (The camera kinda disorientated his head a wee bit)

I might try and model his body at some point too.

Exellent......*cough*IWANTONE*cough*

Only crit (not exactly,i havent seen the game so he already may look like this.) is the plastic look, give it a nice bumpmap and it will look awesome.

I liked the Spyro games too :) I dare not play them again though because I probably won't like them as much as I remember ;)

You've got a pretty good likeness going so far, I think the eyes could be a little larger with a more spherical head though, but good job so far ;)

That looks like a pretty nice clean job so far!  I'm glad you could make use of the tutorial.

Man, I miss spyro.

The old one...

this looks pretty close to the original cinematic model, nice.
