i'm new to anim8or and i don't know how to load scrips (like the ones from the anim8ot site) How do u do it? ??? ???

Go to the Scripts page of the site (link on the left) and follow  the Installing Plug-Ins
instructions.

As Claude said.  If that doesn't work, we need more details on what you did.
As a side note, that marquee is REALLY annoying and makes your post extremely hard to read.  Yes, it can be fun, but it's really annoying and I'd appreciate if you didn't use it.

.as8 format is just a text file with an .as8 extension instead of .txt.
