i'm a new user of this forum and i want to show my first project  3d, i use anim8or a few months ago ( to be more exact 4 months ) i like this program, it is so easy to use, but have some bugs ...I started using it in 3d
These are the pictures of my first human head, what you think about

'Subdivide faces' is not the same as using the "build>convert to subdivision"
Subdivide faces just gives you  more polygons while "build>convert to subdivision" gives you a smoothed model with more control.  Remember that you should ONLY use 'subdivide faces' if you actually need those exact faces in the particular area.  "Build>convert to subdivided" is a much better option, and you can change back to the original mesh from it by double clicking it and changing 'working' to 0, then converting to mesh.  I hope this is helpful a bit.

You've done well.
I agree with Vobla; the ear looks a bit small, but apart from that it's excellent.
