Thanks, normally when I ask for the wires it's to see someone's edge looping, unless it's a lowpoly model, then it's to see how they used polys. You seem to have some very clean edge looping here. It looks good. It looks like you could connect the vertical loop through the chin though. It ends on either side of the chin, and it would be cleaner if it went right through. For the eyes, I'd try to get the inner and outer corners of the eyes to merge in with the face as your eyes do themselves.
There also seems to be a bit of a mesh issue around the nose. You will want to try to get all the polies around there to be quads that flow in nice edge loops.
It looks good though, I hope to see improvements!
