modifier binding
« on: January 24, 2008, 05:48:46 pm »

So, I was just doing the hand tutorial. I got to near the end and was doing the modifiers on the fingers. The first one worked alright, but when I tried to bind a modifier to the thumb, the error came that I had to select exactly one modifier and one object. I checked the selections and tried again. I can't get it to work for me. What am I doing wrong?

When finished your work with the first modifier, did you click "Build>Modifiers>Effect Modifier"? If not, there is still the old modifier bound to the object so you can't bind another one...
You have to select the first modifier you used, run the "Effect Modifier" command and then the new modifier should work...
