Well it's sort of improved.I took into consideration the critique from the last one but any more improvements that can be made should also be critiqued.<-----extract from detailed city------>

my only crit is that the slopes at either end of the bridge look a bit steep - i don't fancy trying to drive up one of those.  maybe stretch the bottom of the slopes out towards the edge of the modelled area, to make them shallower?

otherwise, very nice modelling :)

Looking way better now the proportions fit better. Also a good job on the textures. Still the street lights are a bit thick and small imo. Try looking at a real street light. A real one is thin and high. Keep it going.

Great improvement,
Add lights to the street lamps and make you vehicles cast shadows also some grime/grunge concrete textures and bump maps to add realism.
Apart from that nice work well done.
