Hey, sorry to bump this old topic.. But could someone walk through this one more time? I NEED it big time for a project, and so far, stuff is looking really good, but how did neirao get it to 'wrap' around objects like that/ that's what I need.
Also, where can I get/how can I make a good hair alpha map?

There is  no problem at Anim8orWorld. Perhaps your clicking on the link at the beginning of this thread, now that site no longer exists!

Ah okay, that makes for sense, I didn't actually realized you changed the domain all together.
Most of the time I just use the links or copy and paste my way to your site .

I think it's a good idea. He also has it (I believe) so that you must have at least 5 posts on the forum in order to download the free Carrara program.

I would have just downloaded it and left, but since I needed to post several times, I decided to stay for awhile. Now I have the forum bookmarked.

Kevin, I will take a Gyro with everything, fries and a Large Dr. Pepper.  I wish I could offer advice to aspiring 3D artists, but they are all better than me.  I also wish I had more time to dedicate to learning but alas I do not
