The heads looking good, and you've gotten the edge loops right, well almost, if your going to make ears and the holes in the nose, your going to have to rework those areas, especially for the nose (the ears should be easy).
Still on the nose, there's only one edge between the eyes and the nose, which makes the nose too smooth, you might want to work on that unless your going for a different look such as cartoony.
Again, nice head :D.

This is cool. but the connection between the face and the back of the head look like theyre meeting at the wrong angles. the topography is going well though, and i hope your posting some more.

@Tanzim: Thank You :). I was trying to create something simple like anime styled model, but i don't know how to do it  :-[

@Maestro: Thank You, Maestro  :), you're right, i think the head is a bit squarish. Actually i have a problem in creating the back of the head. What i did is extruding the edges of the face and then joined their vertice...But i'm still not satisfied with this method. I need a more efficient one... :-[

There is really no such thing as "correct" topology, but I do agree that the image shown is a very good example of strong edge looping that you may want to follow.

Right now your head model is very square.  Try to round it out properly, you can get some references to help you as well.
