Someone made a phycics engine called cre8or (google it). Which is a bit like gamemaker for 3d. But i dont belief you can make those ragedolls whit it, nor is it as advanded as Reactor (3ds). I think we all agree that a physics engine (build-in) in anim8or would be awesome. Maybe an idea for v.96?

carrara   5 is currently free    from DAZ via the animaninon site. Search for kreator on org and look at his signature.

carrara has physics.

if you want to make a simialr video to what you posted you may need a render farm though.

anim8or is good. Stick with anim8or.

I 've made games in the past using GMPhysics which has a ragdoll engine.
Not sure that it's on par with the one in the vid but it's pretty good.
2d platformers are easy enough to script but 3d physics are a nightmare.
Check out yoyogames.com/make it's a free download for the light and only £10 for the pro.
You need to find and download the gmphysics tutorials / examples.
You should be able to a link on the official GM forum.

PS. I only use Anim8or now, I don't use GM any more, due to it being very limited graphicly when using 3d, 2d is ok though.
Hope this helps.
