Is there a plugin or feature that can make armies like Massive can?
I know there is one for Blender, But I can't figure out how that programs works.
I need help.

are you looking for just positioning, then grassgen will work (i don't know the link at the moment (sorry)

if you want animation then :
1: scripts are not fully implimented in animation
and
2:i don't know of any other programs that would do it

I guess if it is like a march you could get one figure and add it lots of times to build up a flight, then a squadron and so on.

Just select all the characters to move at the same time and you have a perfectly intime march (which every military drill sergeant/leader wants)
