Could you give a transparent wireframe view with the reference in the back?  That way I could draw over your model much easier for you to help with the edge looping.

Here's a draw-over I did for you.  I simplified the mesh a lot, because as long as you're subdividing it doesn't have to be overly-detailed, though you also don't want to get underly detailed.  I may have missed a loop or two, but this should give you the flow you're looking for in your model.  I hope this helps!  :)

one more quick question where the back of the door meets the wheel well the angle of your lines are coming from a central piont would it still give that beat up look by interupting that line? ok another question i see how all the lines are positioned from the wheel well, but where my pink line is how would i get this to free form into that flare of the well?

Ah, I didn't realize that's where the door ended.  A lot of this is simple, you can just move points around.  So don't necessarily stick exactly to what I drew, you can rearrange points afterwards, and of course add extra loops.  If you look at the way the edges flow, you can insert new lines of edges with the cut tool that flow as well.  I hope this helps a bit ;)
