« on: April 11, 2009, 01:31:19 pm »

Thank-you, guys.Now I have made my animation.But I want to export it so I can use it with other software.I tried sequence>export>.3ds, but I got this mess:
      ==Qs  >=
      яЇў        material08            яяя            яяя0           яяя@    0    K A    0     P    0      R    0      S    0          0
     Ђ?яЇў        material07            5            50           яяя@    0    K A    0     P    0      R    0      S    0          0
     Ђ?яЇў        material06            6               6   0           яяя@    0    K A    0     P    0      R    0      S    0          0
     Ђ?яЇў        material05            1йQ            1йQ0
Is there an extension or something else that can export the sequences so they can be understand?

Currently in Anim8or, you can only export 3D models, and as far as I know, Steve hasn't extended it to export sequences.
Also, the 3Ds file format isn't meant to be human readable (i.e. in ASCII), although any program that can import or open 3Ds should be fine with the files.

Ani2Pov can export sequences to .ms3d (Milkshape3D) and .smd (Half-Life).

These two file formats can be read by several programs you can use to convert to other format again.
(Morph target are not converted by Ani2Pov)
