Nice pic, I love the snow and the table. Very nice!
I also love the reflections in the green balls, very good work there! Keep it up!

The snow look comes from reflection tricks -

Make a cube that is all reflection - The top is white and one side has a reflection set to specular .7

must have taken a year to render. Its amazing, very nice use of reflection on reflection, on reflection, if i continued id crash the forums, but you get the idea.

Lets have a mirror trick comp or a dielectric comp.

Not anim8ed - I don't have time for that - I'm working on a couple of projects for my church.
