Thanks guys!

RnDr FOX: What exactly would you like to know about making it? Maybe I can answer your question a bit better then..

3D Joe Wiltshire: Thats a good idea, I might do that..

dwsel: That is exactly what I did for the following render, though in total it took about 75 hours in total!

ENSONIQ5; haha yea an animation would take a year to render with this.. I'm afraid I don't have the patience for that :(

hihosilver; I don't play around with the render too much, but I do play around with the different layers in photoshop a bit afterward to get the exact contrast etc. that i want.

dwsel; Ive rendered something with 625 passes in the past.. but it was still grainy .. it took a looong time though haha!

lynn22; a rodent? hahaha.. that is a funny idea.. did you just see ratatouille? ;)

Heres the latest render.. I rendered it out at 1200x1400 pixels. that took 70 hours.. but i got rid of the jagged edges that way!

This is the part I was wondering about (although I find the entire thing fascinating) ;)

Did you create your own textures or did you use anim8or's inbuilt texture tool? It looks really nice by the way.

It's a lot quicker to use photoshop adjustments than to adjust an anim8or scene light a little and then start a new render.

Impressive image, $imon  :)
