Tutorial question

So if i wanted to make a tutorial and have it on the tutorial page...do i have to either type or make a video tutorial and submit it to Anim8or? or just type up or make a video tutorial and put it on a website(mine of course)? if its the last one how do i tell people the link to the tutorial?

If you make a good tutorial, you post it here on the forum or ask steve to post it between the other tutorials.
