Nice one Indian8or!

I'm sorry to say I can't finish my entry. I was too ambitious when I thought I could finish this in 5 days... :-\

You are doing great kubajzz.  I feel you should complete it.

Incidentally, when i first thought of making a rusty car, I had chosen a shape similar to your's and in fact began modelling it, but could not get the curves and proportion right and subsequently chose a more flat car model to finish it sooner.

I liked your camera angle and background setting (it is a back alley I guess).  I can already see a rusty dumpster and a lot of graffiti on walls with a little wet surface/road around the storm drain cover.

common man, complete it.  Do not deprive us of a beutiful render.

Thanks Indian8or :)

How come you know exactly what I want the final scene to look like? Of course I'm going to complete it, I just can't make it before the deadline (which was yesterday ???)...

Just stopping by to cast my vote(s) and wanted to say well done to everyone who took part; a real shame a few projects weren't finished as the early parts looked really promising and - if previous submissions are anything to go by - no doubt my voting choices would have been even harder to make if they had been complete.

Just an exception to the rule (no computer use on holliday...) for voting.
Nice works all, and good luck.

Well done Indian8or!..... nice to see these challenges being well supported.

I though have a grievence, why must we have two votes? and why is there provision for voting on challengers who have not actually finished anything?

This image does not count for voting!

Surely if it isn`t finished, then it should not count in the voting .

Everyone can vote twice so to choice on who to vote is easier and everyone gets a bigger change to be voted on. If there is one entry that really good, it would get all the votes. When you have to vote twice you also have a second and a third place (instead of everyone else having 0 votes ie).

Second: Entries are almost never done! There is always stuff you can add or tweak. Everyone who posts a render here is a participant in the challenge.
Even if the render is not done when to voting starts. But when it's not done it probably won't get alot of votes either.
Since the question was: who made the best looking render? Someone who only posted a screenshot of some progress will probably never win.

I hope this answers your questions.
