Two Sided material
« on: August 24, 2009, 03:30:16 pm »

Just a small question about two sided materials...
I try to make a two sided material with a texture (diffuse) on each face, on the workview I get the expected effect but in the render, the texture of the front side comes on the two sides...
I find no answer in the manual. Has somebody already tried to make this? Did you get the same result?

I remember hearing that since attributes have been added that 2 sided textures no longer work right.

They don't work in the ART renderer.  They still work in scanline, but ART doesn't recognize the backs of faces at all.
