animation dummy
« on: April 08, 2010, 09:36:26 am »

ive rigged it and it looks like it works pretty good. the only thing i might change is his torso. ill cut the top chest part in half. this is strictly for animation purposes so if any1 sees anything that needs to be changed let me know.

Arms look a little on the short side, and linking sequences can make it a little jerky, but looks good so far.

yea i gotta figure out a way 2 smooth it out. i did learn u can copy your bone cords from a different sequence. so im probably going to end up making a bunch of different start and end poses. i gotta learn how to limit my bones though because some of them go whacky when i copy and paste it.

thanks. i think ill need alot of practice to even get decent. im going to try out using fk. it looks like its a lot easier to animate with.

but heres a death scene i attempted. the left arm goes a bit wierd and i think it would look alot better with props but he starts off with his hands by a his gun holdsters then shoots and gets shot then dies.
