BIRD UPDATE!
I bridged the head to the upper part of it's body to create it's neck
I also gave the bird a little texture

The texture made a big difference, I like the bird so far, just one thing. You should make the bottom part of the head smaller or somthing, it kinda sticks out too far and makes the neckk seem extra skinny.
But other than that I love it

If you want to add an anatomy correction, birds keep thier heads in line with the rest of thier body during flight, it helps with aerodynamics.

As a cartoon it is great! It takes me an hour and 16 minutes to make 4 walls with a ceiling and floor.

Hey It looks great! Although it does look a little stiff in the renders, for the animation I'd try bending the wings a bit if you're not already doing that...

The bird has really great character, but I thin ADSohr has a point. It may not be necessary to bring the bird's head completely to the front, but to move it forward some, and have some slope to the neck, might give it just the right effect to keep it whimsical and still be more birdlike in form.  Over all, a very nice and fun design concept!

good speed modelling only thing i can see missing is the feet ,maybe some long stringy legs that sway from side to side as blue bird glides
