[ COMPLETE ] Challenge #18: Bloop, bloop bloop?
« on: May 31, 2010, 08:53:09 pm »

Bloop?

Falling back to the first suggestion on the suggestions list: make any underwater scene! Can have fish, no fish, machines, no machines, plants, no plants, or anything everything or nothing, so long as it's underwater! The only stipulation is that the camera must be underwater. What water is up to you!

Enjoy! But remember the challenge rules and post your progress, c&c, and/or final renders in this topic.

Deadline: Now Voting

What will be judged:
This challenge will have a public poll. Vote for the best still render.

I'll take up the challenge! It fits in with a part of my underwater bit that I have yet to develop... Thanks, Raxxy!

I'm sure aquariums count as underwater, but it's Raxx's challenge. ;)

And and and... will YOU turn out, Geek?

I hope so. :P

I have a few ideas 'bubbling' around in my head. ;)

What about aquariums?

So long as the camera is underwater inside the aquarium, it's fine.

Yah, could be in the glass of water, for that matter.... or, the blender?  ;)

I remember way back, when AnimAnon held the first contest... "Strange Worlds"... Kreator made a really cool under the sea video set to Nutcracker music.  Kreator, you still have that around for any inspiration?

Anyway, below the bare beginnings of a few of my critters in the works...

- Bug-Eyed Fish (based off a pic of a weird fish I saw once in some deep-sea images)

- Crab (sort of speaks for itself) - shell taking shape.
